The modifications will be effective from their publication on the Site. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Use to be informed of any changes. If you continue to use the Site after the publication of the modifications, you accept the new Terms of Use. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Site.
1.3. Requirements: Minors
Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may not register or access the Services without the supervision of their legal representatives. By using the Site, you declare that you are at least 18 years old or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a legal representative.

The Site provides information about our apartments, services, promotions, and how to hire them. Our Site is compatible with all browsers and accessible from any device.
2.2. Services Offered
Through the Site, BE MATE offers a variety of services related to accommodation in our apartments. This includes reservations, access to promotions, newsletters, and an exclusive private area called Club Vip Mate. Club Vip Mate members enjoy additional benefits such as special rates and travel guides.
3. HIRING OF SERVICES
3.1. Promotions and Contests
The specific terms and conditions for each promotion or contest will be detailed on the Site at the time of the offer.
3.2. Registration and Newsletters
To subscribe to our newsletters and receive information about promotions and services, you must complete the registration form and accept our privacy policy.
3.3. Right of Withdrawal
According to current regulations, contracts for accommodation services for purposes other than serving as a home, with specific execution dates, do not include a right of withdrawal.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Users must use the Site responsibly, ethically, and legally. Activities that may harm, disable, overload, or deteriorate the Site or the services offered are prohibited. The transmission of offensive or illegal content is also prohibited.
4.2. Be Mate’s Obligations
BE MATE undertakes to do everything possible to ensure that access to the Site is continuous and error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. There will be occasions when access to the Site is interrupted for maintenance or updating tasks.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
