Where can I stay with Be Mate Corporate?
We oversee a wide selection of apartments around the world. If we don’t have any options in your destination, we will carry out a personalised search tailored to your needs. With Be Mate Corporate you can stay anywhere, at home or abroad.
How do I book an apartment?
Should you wish to confirm one or more of the proposals sent by Be Mate Corporate, simply reply to the email containing the proposals. We will check availability at the time of booking and notify you, requesting the details required to formalise the corresponding contract.
In the event that the chosen apartment is no longer available at the time of confirmation, Be Mate Corporate will conduct a new search of available options that correspond to your needs.
How can I view the available apartments?
Request a stay using the form provided, indicating your accommodation needs and preferences (check-in date, check-out date, number of guests, location, etc.). We will select the available apartments that best suit your needs and send you a series of proposals by email.
How can I find out the cost of an apartment?
Our proposals will indicate the exclusive, negotiated rate for your stay, for each apartment. Rates include accommodation, utilities, Wi-Fi service and applicable taxes. In addition, all stays of more than 15 nights include weekly cleaning with a change of sheets and towels.
Can I receive an invoice in the name of my company?
Naturally, for each confirmed booking you will receive an invoice made out to your company.
Is a deposit required?
In most cases no deposit is required. If necessary, this will be specified in the initial proposals we send you.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy applicable to each stay and the corresponding apartment will always be specified in the corresponding section of each initial quotation and, where applicable, in the booking confirmation email.
